We invest our own time, expertise and capital into businesses that we admire and with people that we trust. These sorts of companies aren't built on buzzwords and unkept promises. They’ve been crafted over the years and built value for their customers and community through reliability, consistency and a commitment to quality.

We’re an Australian-owned software holding company that acquires, operates and grows B2B software businesses. We provide owners with an exit path that ensures their business is left in good hands allowing their team and legacy to continue to thrive.

Our founders are entrepreneurs, investors and business operators that use their own capital to fund acquisitions.

We've been through this process ourselves, on both sides of the fence, so we decided to build Continua as the sort of buyer we’d want to sell to:

Simple, fair and people first.

Our Story

Meet The Team

SHANE CHEEK

FOUNDER & CEO

I’ve been at the intersection of technology, business and capital markets for the last 25 years as an entrepreneur, advisor and investor.

I got my start in venture capital just as the GFC hit and witnessed years of work and capital get evaporated by unprofitable companies that didn’t solve real customer problems. That period taught me humility, perseverance and what a company needs to do to be successful in the most difficult of circumstances.

I started Continua to be the sort of acquirer I would’ve liked to sell to when I was an entrepreneur. Simple, fair and people first.

KARA REDDING

DIRECTOR FINANCE & GROWTH

Born into a family of serial entrepreneurs, I have been in and around small businesses my whole life, which has given me insight into the unique joys and challenges that come with the territory.

I started my career as a Chartered Accountant in the US , before moving to a provider of cost analytics software that serviced Fortune 500 companies.

At Continua I help our companies benefit from being part of a wider family of software businesses and expand the opportunities in front of them.

MARC FABIG
